It’s okay if you want to return or exchange a product, we’ve got you! You can return or exchange any products purchases from us within 30 days of purchase. Product can be returned for store credit, exchange for a different product, or a refund using the original payment method.
Please return, your item in the same condition as received, unused and in its original packaging. You can use the email confirmation or the receipt as proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, contact us at email@example.com. Once the return request is approved, please ship the product back to us. We refuse the right to not accept the return if the product doesn’t meet the requirements as mentioned above.

Damages and issues
Please inspect the product upon delivery and reach out to us if the product is defective, damaged or if doesn’t match the item ordered, so we can fix the issue quickly.
You can tell how you want the item exchanged. Value of the replacement item can’t exceed the item returned.
While we are not magicians we promise to process returns and return credit back to your original form of payment as soon as possible and will notify you once the return is approved and processed. Banks sometimes can take up to 72 business hours from the time we complete the return to credit your account.
